Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act protects renters and home buyers against discrimination based on race, color, disability, religion, sex, familial status (having children), and national origin.
Who Do We Work With?
We are always willing to assist anyone, including renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers. Please let us know if you or someone you know is facing discriminatory behavior in the Florida housing market by submitting the form below, or by emailing report@floridafairhousing.org. If you are a landlord who wants to confirm that their business practices are in compliance with local housing laws, please email education@floridafairhousing.org.

Become a Tester
Interested in becoming a tester? Serve your community by emailing: tester@floridafairhousing.org. Testers must be 18 years old with good moral character.
Remember
If a landlord, leasing agent, or other housing professional attempts to limit your housing choices because of your race, disability, sex, religion, national origin, or you have children, you can pursue a fair housing complaint against them.
Report housing discrimination, or it cannot be stopped.
